PROD-I-112 Confusing Review Icon in Project Module

Hi All, In reviewing a customer situation and comparing against testing in the CSM instance, I noticed some icon challenges. Specifically, when you interact with the 'Review in Progress' yellow icon on a particular question, it shows checkmarks beside all the assigned reviewers as shown below and it relies on color for denoting who has completed a review and who has not.
