PROD-I-129 Customer Email Templates - Remove 'Plan'

Hey Team, Can you review all the customer-facing email templates from the product and make sure you change the template to include Package, not 'Plan'. We no longer use the 'Plan' field in CSP so this will be inaccurate for all customers. This field might exist in other email templates other than the Project limit workflow email template
