PROD-I-135 Answer Library Timeline: Can we default to Upcoming Review?

Team Question: I have noticed that the Answer Library Timeline chart in the Answer Library Report always defaults to the Last Updated option, which is retrospective, and not especially useful. I believe that the chart is much more useful when it looks forward, and shows the amount of content coming up for review. I find that in 100% of my demos, I switch the chart to Upcoming review. Can we make this the default?
