PROD-I-542 Ability to link responses in Section Template to Answer library

This is requested by AXA IM Currently, there are many questions in the section template for which the answers are picked from the answer library directly. When there is an update on the QA pair in the library or is being updated as part of the review cycle, the content managers are manually searching for the answers in the section template to update the latest version. If there is a link between the answer in sections to the answer library and it can automatically update or notify about the update there, it could save a lot of time for them.
