PROD-I-8 Multiple Answer Headers for Answer Type Templates

Hello, Currently, if I want a question's answer types to look like this: Can we have the ability to create multiple Answer Headers under a single Answer Type Template? I'm asking this as Spring Health has these awful consultant rfps that they download from an online portal that have radio button responses. They want to set them up as close to the online portal as possible, and I felt task templates would do that easy enough, but they would have to remember to add the second template for many questions and different groups of questions have different multiple part answers.
