PROD-I-1143 Compare and Merge capability in review tab

Hello Team: **********************************High Priority************************************* This is on behalf of my customer 'Ciena'. They want the ability to "Compare and Merge" under the review tab. Their goal is to manage/clean the content during the review stage, so they request this option. I hope that makes sense.
