PROD-I-1120 Team Assignment Notification

When a Team (that was created in Org Settings via "Manage Teams") has been assigned as part of a Sequential Review, currently the behavior only notifies the next Reviewer that the work has been completed. Client Magnet Forensics is requesting that when someone from the Team has completed the assignment and submitted their Work as complete, that a notification be sent to the other users of the Team so they know the work is complete.
