PROD-I-1089 Answer completed date in custom reports

Can we please have a field for reporting on the date a question is marked as answered? Currently in custom reports, we can report on User Task completed, but there isn't a user task type for question level tasks. We also have the ability to report on Question Status but not the date of the question status. I propose we have one ability or the other.
