PROD-I-1051 Reporting on Review Cycles

Micro Focus would like to build a report to measure an internal KPI on whether all content has been reviewed or not. This requires a couple of enhancements to the answer library and custom reports: 1. Micro Focus has some content that needs to be reviewed quarterly, some that needs to be reviewed yearly. Most of our customers are like this. We would bulk update the review cycle for that content, but there is no way to find content with a review cycle of x days.
