PROD-I-1047 Annotations that export with LookUp (or are visible for copying in LookUp)

One of my customers, renaissance learning, have to go back into the platform any time they want to get a footnote, they cannot bring it over when using LookUp. It would be fantastic if there was a way to bring over footnotes with LookUp, or make them available for copy/pasting with LookUp. Currently the only way they can even see them is if they expand the Q&A pair to a new window and hover over the hyperlink.
