PROD-I-1032 Export Answer type template fields in a separate document
in Projects
User adds an additional answer type to a project (or from answer type template). When the project is exported in SOURCE, the values in the added answer type appears under question by default (current behavior) User request from Optum #29144 User wants to export the additional answer types in a separate excel or word file instead of having it under questions (when exported in source)
