PROD-I-1014 Find a Translation Service that Permits translation of Q&A between UK and US English

Many of our customers are multi-geographical, and have a requirement to store Q&A pairs in multiple languages. One of the most common is for US and UK English. However, none of our current Translation providers permits US English to be translated to UK English, and vice-versa DeepL comes closest of our current choices, as it allows users to select UK and US English as the target language, but only when the source language is non-English.
