PROD-I-996 Bulk adding alternate questions to multiple library records

The client would like to have the ability to bulk add "alternate questions" to a large number of filtered Q&A records. currently we cannot bulk add in the alternate question field. Here follows why its needed for the client, s they are working to develop their content library with question and answers pairs that can be used across multiple investment databases. Examples include ASSET Q, DOOR, bFinance etc. They have discovered that whilst the database asks their questions in a variety of way the answers we provide by fund or strategy is the same. We currently are servicing
