PROD-I-989 Missing activity indicator: spacing changes

In activities, where edits are tracked, if a word is removed we see it highlighted in red. And if it's new, it's highlighted in green. If the formating has changed to a line of text, we see it with a sawed underlined. However, if the change was to spacing between lines or paragraphs, there's not visual indicator like those mentioned. The request is to include some indications that spacing was edited.
