PROD-I-983 Increase number of preset styles and style customization options

In the answer editor, clients can apply preset styles or customize a new style for their responses, plus bulk update the formatting to some or all of their content. It would be valuable for clients if more preset styles were available and/or there were more customization options in creating a new style. In my testing I was hoping to see the style "Intense Quote," for example.
