PROD-I-967 Custom Report - Enhanced Tracking of Projects

My customer Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking to build dashboards with reports that allow them to better track how they've assigned their SME(author/reviewer) resources over time, how long sections/questions are staying with authors, or reviewers, before being completed and moving to the next step. The particular ask is to reveal where bottlenecks in productivity are occurring so that data can be used to prompt action and greater adoption. Data Sought: How long section/question has stayed in an 'in-progress' status How long section/question has been in a 'pending review' status Essentially, looking to blend the User
