PROD-I-957 Intake clarification process

Currently we have clarifications in a project, however, the same workflow would be a great help in Intake. This would allow for clarification questions to be amassed and then exported and sent back to the vendor before deciding to go forward with the RFP / before it is a current project.

Christopher Armstrong Mar 7, 2023 Hello - i'm on the phone with Netcall and they mentioned that having clarifications within the intake would be helpful. They find that during the intake process they are already collecting clarifications that need to be asked of the prospect. It would be helpful if these could be captured while the intake is in limbo (prior to approval or rejection). Then whatever clarifications are created are carried over to projects
