PROD-I-949 Standard Responses in the Content/Answer Library

In the Content Library mapping, there is the option to add standard responses to your mapped answers. However, after going through a long process with a client and support, it turns out that it does not stick in the Content Library but instead it's supposed to be only used in the Projects side of mapping. Zendesk articles do not clarify this anywhere and make it seem like it should stick to the answers in the Content Library. I believe that are revising the article but my client QAD was disappointed that a function that seemed to be there
