PROD-I-945 Option to Hide Alternate Questions

it would be very helpful to be able to hide or view Alternate Questions in the Recommendation pane, since more often than not they just get in the way of the answers we need to see. Not a big deal when you only have one or two Alternate Questions, but a real mess when you accumulate several.... as I think we want to do as we continually enhance our search success by reflecting (within reason) clients' many ways of asking particular questions. In the new UI, we can and do customize metadata, but Alternate Questions aren't metadata. It
