PROD-I-941 Link in Email Should Take User to Their Question(s) Assignment

From Evernorth - newer format makes it harder to review questions that are assigned to you and shows multiple other section statuses that are irrelevant when your role only covers specific sections. When you click on an email in outlook for a specific question, the new format no longer takes you to that exact question, but shows every single section and you have to go look for the question.

Can you please give us the recording of the issue which helps me to understand why it is not redirected to the particular question. One thing I believe we show the whole questions in the project and it filters the question based on the assignment and not redirects to the particular question in the section.
