PROD-I-931 Folder structure for custom fields

I got this request from my customer Genpact. Currently, one of the limitations is that it ends at one level when we create custom fields in RFPIO, whether it's a document or whatever the custom field. I have a Genpact group where I can create as many custom fields as possible. But now there is no next level to that. So we want a folder structure wherein they can create a custom field inside another if they have multiple levels.
