PROD-I-929 Bulk sharing series of QA pairs in content the content library

This request came from Genpact. It is a high priority ask for them as they frequently use this sharing feature as part of their RFP process. It is possible to bulk share QA pairs with an available selection/saved searches in the content library. However, the sharing option is not visible if we select a series of QA pairs from tags, collections, and custom fields. I made a quick video to give you live samples, please see the attachment.

Currently, we can share Q&A pairs by selecting filters(Tags, Collection, Custom fields etc.,) or saved search. It is not technically feasible to share content without any filter as of now. We will check with the development team and try to address your concern in the future.
