PROD-I-922 Need to view more questions on screen in New UI

in Content Library

Based on user feedback from Hyland #27730 The toolbars take up so much space in the New UI that users can only see 1 item at a time on the search results. Whereas in Classic UI, users can view more than 3 questions which is more convenient. Screenshots attached.
