PROD-I-876 Change "Save in Answer Library" button to "Save in Content Library"

Not a major adjustment or idea, but I was demoing yesterday and after the prospect saw the Content Library, they were initially confused by the "Save in Answer library" button in the project response, asking if it was a different space. We could adjust this to be simply Content Library, or Create new Q/A set, etc I've never heard this confusion before, however as we switch to the new UI permanently, it does make sense to adjust all vocabulary accordingly

This makes sense, but since the existing customers are still using the old version, they are familiar with the Answer library. We will definitely make those changes on the language, once every customers are using the new UI.
