PROD-I-875 Add back "About Project" to 3-Dot Menu on Projects Page

Team, in classic UX, you could easily get to project details from 3-dot menu on project page, in order to update details. For some reason, we removed this in UX 2.0, so now you have to open the project (wait) select the Dropdown menu, and then select About. Please consider adding About Project back to the 3-dot menu.
