PROD-I-868 Question edits not being moved to moderation

Ciena user requested as below - What If the Owner edited the question and removed the Question content by mistake or made a mistake in editing and saved it and later got to know that needs to be corrected? In such a case how to find such Content back? The tool should have this feature that any edits made even in Question should be moderated and then pushed in AL.
