PROD-I-865 New UI- Content library- All the tags associated with contents can be visible

Client- morgan.gialelis@includedhealth.com (Included Health) The client requested to be able to view all the tags that are associated with the contents like classic UI, without clicking the + icon to view other tags. The use case provided by the Client, It would be really helpful for our team to be able to view all applicable tags for a response, rather than having to click on the "+" to view the tags.
