This request was raised by La Roche Client. The request raised by them was the ability to have a section owner apart from Authors and Reviewers. The role of the section owner will be to assign appropriate authors and reviewers for the questions in that section. Their RFPs are quite huge and the person who imports the source file finds it difficult to assign authors and reviewers question by question when there are hundreds of sections involved in that project.
