PROD-I-846 Ability to Copy a Report in Custom Reports

It would be useful to copy a report in Custom reports. I often make reports for users to compare and need to start with the same base and then filter for other users. having the different filtered reports on a dashboard is helpful so our clients don't have to filter everytime they want to run a similar report
