PROD-I-837 Refresh in Moderation and review queue.

Client DeeAnn Fuerst- Invicti, raised an enhancement request in CCL that once we complete moderation or review for a question, the live refresh should happen automatically and the QA pair should be removed from the queue, instead of removing it manually by hitting on to refresh icon every time.
