PROD-I-831 Set CCL Search to Default to ONLY Q&A Pairs

Archer, Sodexo, and Nuveen have asked that the default view in the CCL be only Q&A pairs and then they could choose to add in documents. They don't love the experience of having to select only Q&A pairs each time. They'd be very happy if their selection was just sticky.

product-response-mgmt product-response-mgmt Nov 14, 2022 Hi Monica, Thank you for the idea, with the November 10 release, we have introduced a new feature called the "Default filter view" which would allow users to set specific filters as default so that the filter would remain sticky every time they logged in back. So if users want to see only Q&A pairs by default, they can save that filter and set it as a default filter view. Hope this will be helpful!
