PROD-I-813 Add Q/A pairings via Lookup from MS Teams and Outlook

Similar to how we can in Slack / Chrome, it would be helpful to add the ability to create new Q/A pairings in MS Teams and Outlook. When I am working deals that use Gmail/Slack, this functionality is a big value add. We should also consider having product parity across LookUp and enabling this in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, but those do not seem as high of a need to me.
