PROD-I-800 Removal of Tags - List all the associated Tags for easy reference

Team, currently if we wanted to remove tags from a record or records, we need to do it in a similar manner to adding Tags which is counter-intuitive. This can get messy especially when there are multiple tags associated to a record or records. For e.g. if a record had the tags, 'Tag 1' & 'Tag 2', when we try removing the tags, nothing get's listed which means that the user will need to exactly know the tags that needs to be removed.
