PROD-I-780 Reporting on authored/review counts

Reporting should only attribute authored/review counts to the users who 'mark as answered' or 'mark as reviewed'. Currently, if a Question has multiple Authors/Reviewers assigned, all assignees are recorded as Authors/Reviewers regardless of who actually provided or reviewed the response. This skews reporting considerably. This would be resolved if it was possible to enforce single-user assignments Also as an Admin user, they need to be able to answer AND review any question, without being assigned *Feedback from Esko

product-response-mgmt product-response-mgmt Nov 10, 2022 Thank you for the idea. Technically, even that can be inaccurate in some cases. If the customer is okay with single-user assignments, please nudge them to collaborate using the question-level Comments. For now, we'll continue reporting any multi-user questions answered/reviewed as a shared win.
