PROD-I-761 Search past projects in the Content Library

Can we add the ability to search content from past projects in the Content Library? Specifically, it would be beneficial to search content from past projects using LookUp.

Adding all past project content to content library would fundamentally redefine (or break) the meaning of content library - a repository of curated and managed content.
