PROD-I-742 Review queue can show individual user's count rather than total count in New UI.

In New UI, review queue shows the total number of items up for review. Even though it can be filtered down from "All Content" to "My Content", user feels it cause an extra layer of confusion for owners. Changing review count to individual's content only instead of showing count of all items due for review would be useful. Based on feedback from Hyland Software - #22128
