PROD-I-733 Salesforce Error message - content change

This is from Spirent Communications. Via SFDC, when they click on create project, an error shows 'you do not have access to create project' for a fraction of a second. As checked from our end, we are receiving the error for a fraction of a second, where in the system basically, looks if we have access or not. Then eventually, if we have access, it loads on to the next step. Now the customer wants a fix or error in black having a different wording (can we at least update the text to something generic - something like -"Checking your
