PROD-I-728 Partial Word Search Default

Customer Karl Storz asked about having partial word searches defaulted in a search instead of having to use a * when searching the content library. Acts more like a find and search when searching a document or webpage.

As it is right now typing "prod" would result in nothing. Let me know if you need more clarity.
