PROD-I-727 Highlight colors in RFPIO align with highlight colors in Word

The preset highlight colors in RFPIO do not have the same color codes as the preset color codes in Word. This presents a challenge as 1. our clients are accustomed to the Word palette and 2. the color that indicates annotations (internal notes, footnotes, endnotes) is the same as the word highlighting color. When we reapply a style, we need to know the difference between an annotation or a highlight and have easy access to the colors our customers most often use.
