This request comes from Ciena. Guest Users should have an option to redirect notifications from RFPIO to another Guest or User without losing the link. Use case In order to get responses or comments, we occasionally ask guest users to answer questions. If a guest user feels unqualified to respond, he may transmit the question to someone else, but the hyperlink will be broken.
