PROD-I-694 [Copy] [Copy] Remove Comments in CCL

Enhancement request for Genesys. They want to be able to remove comments, specifically in the CCL. They have users who are not always polite with their comments and there's no way to delete them. I've gone over retraining and professional rules of enagement; however, they continue to have issues. Is this possible? Thanks! Monica
