PROD-I-671 Customize Notification Emails

Evernorth is asking to be able to customize emails without having to go through Support. This has been a request Evernorth and Cigna have had for a long time. Current use case is they have 1 automated email that goes out to all new users of RFPIO, however, is there a way to create another email and customize it to just the eviCore users?Will we ever have the ability to update/create these notifications instead of needing to go through you guys. I just feel that it is time consuming going through you when admins can update it ourselves.
