PROD-I-664 Content Library filter and/or facet for created by

My customer Vizient is wondering if we could add either a filter or facet in the content library to filter to content created by specific users. Basically, different teams will moderate content coming from different users and they'd like to be able to filter to that easily without having to go into the activities of each record. Either a filter or a facet (or both) could resolve this issue for them.
