PROD-I-649 Restoring Deleted Questions in a Project

This request is from my client ADVA. They are looking for an option to restore deleted questions from a project. Currently we have the capability only to restore a whole deleted section, where as if individual questions were deleted there is no restore option. Also Within the Activities overview, there's a link to the question/object within the list of activities, but if the question got deleted, the section information and link to the question are deleted from the list as well. Though section privacy can help just a little bit in limiting the users who will
