PROD-I-641 Inclusive Language Checking

Dawn Carroll from Atlassian has asked if we could develop some inclusive language flagging feature. Basically, they have a list of terms that they want to ensure they are not using in responses (such as blacklist/whitelist, etc.). They are hoping we could develop a feature to flag when any terms from their list are used so that their reviewers could quickly mitigate.

There are certain terms they'd like to ensure are not included in their responses (see examples above) and so they'd like something that would flag those words (they would provide the list of words to avoid) so that a reviewer can easily check
