PROD-I-639 Ability to re-size Response fields for Table answer type

This enhancement request is on behalf of Emily McGiffen of Gamma. They have marked a table as an Answer. Said Table being larger with that of multiple fields, they are forced to scroll down multiple times to make edits/changes to the table. They requested the ability to re-size the response field. I think to undock and make changes to a single Answer is also a good idea. Please check if this request is feasible for our future enhancement. Thanks Sumana
