PROD-I-638 View Import File from Questions

This feature was requested by a client who was previously using Loopio and feels that it is most required for easier access of the import file. Instead of going back to the menu from the question we are answering, a button at the section level to click and view the import file in a new window for detailed instructions from the file as its not possible to have all the details mapped in a file at the same time still not leaving the page one is working on.
