PROD-I-608 Limit Response field width to that of a MS Word page/sheet (Both Projects & AL/CCL)

Team, can we limit (or create a boundary for) the Response field width to that of an A4 sized page in MS Word (since most of our exports are into a Word file with an A4 page size), so that the content stays within the page size/boundary even if we expand the view. It would also be good if we can bring options to control the margins and orientation. This would be very useful to many of our customers who have strict guidelines (No of pages based on Fonts, formatting and margins) to abide by for their proposals.
