PROD-I-598 Intake Needs Team Assignment

Similar to assigning a Team to a Question / Section within the Project Environment, if we are to more effectively compete in opportunities where Teams are needed in Intake (e.g. Shipley Method, proposal / department team reviews, etc.), we will need to also include the ability to assign User Teams to Intake Teams. There is already one immediate prospect who has this need for Shipley workflow. Thank you!

They have several lines of product and not much individual contribution. Products are dispersed across teams. Because of this, when working on their proposal they rarely assign things out at the individual level.
