PROD-I-594 Trigger workflow based on changes in Project Custom fields

Raised by Infosys, Microland. There are multiple custom fields and the values under custom fields plays a major role in establishing a workflow for the project. Ex: If a certain field has value A, the project goes in a particular direction involving team X, If value is B, then team Y and Z are involved. It gets difficult to find the users and manually invite them at the right time. It would be beneficial to have workflow triggers based on custom fields which can help send email and loop in the right contributors automatically for the
